You will receive the card with the blister unassebled. 
 
Assembly instructions:
 
Begin by peeling off the adhesive backing on one side.
Firmly press the exposed adhesive side onto the surface of the plastic blister.
Peel off the adhesive backing from the other side.
Roll the money into a tight cylinder.
Carefully insert the rolled money into the blister.
Align the blister with the design on the card.
Firmly press down to ensure the blister sticks properly to the card.
